Shortages and Delivery Errors


Whilst we endeavour to ensure our deliveries are accurate and complete this may not always happen.

If any problems arise we must be contacted within 3 days of the delivery being made.

This is to ensure we are able to trace back to the source of the problem and rectify it for future deliveries.





If you wish to return an item we must be notified within 7 days of the delivery.

There may be a handling charge for items supplied correctly.

Special order items may not be returned unless they are faulty.


Your statutory rights are unaffected by these requirements.
